As you all know that I started blogging on the same day (01-01-2020) last year regarding Data science projects, but that blog is particularly to the technical audience and not for everyone. So, I wished to write about a specific topic that will be beneficial to all age groups and people in different fields. This introduction post of the blog is to inform about the aim and hints of the upcoming post topics.

Time travel ✈

Yes, a few of you may be confused by seeing this blog name Time travel ✈. The reason for choosing this topic is that on a daily basis we are trying to adapt ourselves to the western lifestyle and thinking that is the best in the world. Unfortunately, the sad news is that we are forgetting and losing our own traditions and culture that were followed by our ancestors for more than 4000-5000 years back. To get back our tradition we are traveling back.

Now the readers will have some questions in their mind like "Is that wrong to update ourselves to a sophisticated lifestyle?".  The answer is a big no. Without the advent of the internet and technology, even you can't able to read this. What I am trying to convey here is that we are seeking instant relief and temporary satisfaction by following western culture and forgetting about a long time of happiness and gratification that was followed by our ancestors for centuries.

    • The current generation of people is eating only paddy rice and wheat for their complete life.
    • Do you know more than dozens of rice varieties are there?  Finger millet rice variety contains calcium level equal to milk.


Bonus point

  • As per Ayurveda, the first daily routine of a person is Ushapan. It means that one should drink 0.5 to 1 liter of water stored in a copper vessel for at least 8 hours before brushing the teeth. Water shouldn't be warm during summer and pita dhosa people (We will discuss in-depth in later posts).
  • The copper water washes away the toxins in our intestine and moves them to our excretory channels. Constipation, hyperacidity, dyspepsia diseases can be prevented by these methods. 
  • Also, numerous benefits along with it and we'll discuss it completely in a separate post.
